I had the honour of visiting this memorial in the Meerut Military cemetery in Boulogne-Sur-Mer Cemetery in France on 27th October 2016 and of respectfully offering this flower.

I have found out that he was son of Punjab Singh of Qila Bura Singh, Gujrat, undivided Punjab.
