'Musee Guimet, Paris, France - a curtain raiser' - by K.J.S.Chatrath

Four photos of a statue of Ekamukhalinga, belonging to Gaya, in Bihar India on display in Guimet Museum, Paris, France.  It is made of chlorite stone and is estimated to date back to the beginning of the 8^th century A.D. 

And how did it come into the possession of this museum? Dont ask me!
