I was completely bowled over, not only by the playing of piano which in any case is of superlative quality, but by the grace and elegance with which the lady pianist bows before the crowd before starting her recital. 

She is Helene Grimaud from France- one of the leading pianists of the world playing Beethoven-Piano Sonata No.31, Op 110.
