More details coming soon in my book ‘Indian martyrs of World War-I in Neuve Chapelle Memorial and Mazargues Military Cemetery, France’The above photographed building on the Marine Drive in Puducherry (Pondicherry) which housed the office of the Mayor, collapsed in the last week of November 2014. This photo was taken by me on December 25, 2010. This collapse has underscored the need to take care of the other French era heritage building in this ex-French colony.
